If it comes down to him and Obama, I'd probably even vote for Obama because at least he seems like an honest man

Atta boy, vote feeeeeeeelings.

You might want to do a little research before you throw in with Obama.

Dear Puppage,

Please feel free to let the centrists scratch your belly so you feel okay - like the lobster surrounded by the heating water.

I have researched Obama, and I know about his votes in the state legislature, and his statements and votes in Congress.

He's still more honest then Mr. Straight Talk. Apparently, the definition of Straight changes depending upon your location.

In fact, I believe that in the case of attack on the US, the Hildebeast would be more aggressive in defending our safety than McCain. He's too worried about global warming, terrorists rights, and tearing apart the constitution.

There's just no way I would ever vote for her for many other reasons.

My main frustration is that the only true patriotic conservative, Duncan Hunter, never had a chance. I like the social platform of Huckabee, but he's a disaster everwhere else and Giuliani, Romney - and to a point even Thompson are too much of a politician to trust with my family's future.

Put South Carolina first, follow it with Texas or Alabama, etc. and Hunter's got the possibility of getting out of the gates quicker and building some momentum. Instead, we go through four states before we have a real conservative base.

And as far as Obama winning, if he's good - great for all of us. If he's as liberal as the worst fears, then the right has four years to polish it's message and identify the next generation of conservative leaders.

The only big concern I have is the Supreme Court but:
- Ford gave us Stephens
- GHWB gave us Souter
- even Reagan gave us Kennedy and O'Connor.
- the Republicans can still filibuster the worst of the leftists, and maybe a battle like that will help them rediscover their spine.
