I didn’t say that Scotland was a poor country now this thread said it HAD been poor. I said the mentality of being frugal was still there. I was mistaken about the 20 years it was 40 years ago that this happened. It was not porn, it was a picture book of castles but she didn’t know what it was because it was wrapped for mailing. Her reason for not taking it was because it would be too expensive not because her postoffice didn’t take packages. That is funny because it was my money. She was concerned that it would cost *me* too much, she told me that.
