It's not the nature of the evidence, it's the seriousness of the charge. These charges will ring true with black voters, whether they're actually true or not.

One Obama precinct captain wrote this:

After being a part of this campaign, doing this work, and seeing this level of viciousness from a supposedly Democratic candidate, it will be a cold day in hell before I do any work for anyone in any way associated with Hillary Clinton. At this point, even my general election vote is in question. I am furious almost to the point of nausea. There are so many young, idealistic activists here who are absolutely crushed--not because we lost here, but because of the way we "lost." Disillusionment is running extremely high--and I doubt very much of many of them will be back in 2008, or ever again. Illegal and immoral campaign tactics like this aren't just reprehensible: they also come at a cost to the party in the long run.

Leaving behind the triangulating, DLC politics of the Clintons, this crap leaves me with just one question: with Democrats like these, who needs Republicans?

How about this quote?:

Jill Derby, Chair of the Nevada State Party, also spoke out on delegates as the results came in.

She emphasized that national delegate counts are “based upon an assumption that delegate preferences will remain the same,” when in fact they could change at the convention. Derby added a disconcerting line to hammer the point home: “We look forward to our county and state conventions where we will choose the delegates for the nominee that Nevadans support.”

Translation: If this thing is close, “we” party insiders will “choose” for the rest of the state.”

Let's see. Democrats have waged a 130-year-long battle against the 14th Amendment. Democrats federalized segregation under Woodrow Wilson. Democrats opposed anti-lynching legislation put forth by Republicans in the 1930's. Democrats were still excluding blacks from membership three years after the end of WWII. Democrats opposed a number of Civil Rights Acts put forth by Republicans in the 1950s. Democrats led the longest filibuster in Senate history against the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Democrats chose a Klansman as their Senate Majority Leader in 1977. And today, Democrats continue to support the racial ideals of Margaret Sanger's abortion mills, which ensure that for every two black children that are born today, a third is killed.

Yet you jumoed on board anyway. Perhaps it is time to ask yourself why you did such a thing.
