Obviously all government employees receive tax income. They would STILL receive tax income from the Fair Tax as well.
However...under the current IRS system there are ARMIES of accountants, lawyers, payroll tax firms, tax prep services, and whole departments of some large industries are dedicated to managing IRS taxes.
