Are you opposed to a prebate of sales tax spent or a rebate of sales tax spent?
Either way it is money refunded based on calculations of what that person would have spent in taxes on subsistence items. Either way, it is money going back to the rightful owner. Maybe I do agree with you in it being an entitlement program in that taxpayers are entitled to their own money. Can you describe how someone will gain any economic advantage with the prebate and if so, how many there might be?
