I see all this hand-wringing, and I see a candidate who’s got strong faith and family values, business leadership experience and is as electable as any Republican in the last 20 years.

He's a liar and a fake. Don't be fooled.
I know a "great family man" from the same faith pool. He is currently living with his male lover after leaving his wife and two sons. Everyone thought he was wonderful on the surface as well.
Look into his record and wakeup! Check the Romney truth file at the top of the FR forum page. The man is a sleazy and greasy Democrat and he is fooling a lot of conservatives with his front.
Rhetorical question that I'll answer anyway since you asked.
He's done nothing in Mass but rubberstamp Socialist boondoggles, and put liberals on the bench. He openly stated that he's in favor of AWB and state mandates when it comes to healthcare. No concept of constitutionally limited government.
More creeping socialism? No thanks. Incrementalism only works if your opponent is the one giving ground. Fred Thompson is fine. Rudy, Huck, Romney? Nope. Let's leave the creeping socialism to the Dems. Won't tolerate it from our side anymore.
He would move the party left if nominated, and move the country left if elected. Electable? I would prefer he not be. I'm not defining my standards down any farther.
