What “We” Conservatives need is someone to head us up, the DC crowd does not put forward Conservative Leaders, they try and sucker “us” into voting for their dross that pretends to be Conservatives.
Many many people remember Reagen as President, what they forget is Reagen lost his bid for the Nomination..twice, in the meantime he spoke at Conservative Events, wrote Editorials, everyone “knew” Reagen.
We don’t have that now, when Huck and McCain can pretend to be more Conservative then Thompson and Hunter, there is a failure at some level.
