Who would you rather have replacing Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Hillary or McCain?
McCain would likely name a squishy moderate like Sandra Day O’Conner.
That would be a slight improvement over anybody that Hillary would nominate.

I would also rather have the military in his hands, not hers.
mccain actually voted for Bork.
Bork now supports Romney. But I highly doubt Romney would appoint someone like Bork.
