Plenty of conservatives actually supported McCain today, though.

“Conservative McCaniac” is a solid oxymoron.

I don't believe it, and conservatives here will figure out what happened. It looks as if this was a brokered deal with Democrats, like so much of McVain's career. SC is not New Hampshire. I think MH got a lift just for being southern.
McCain is known to be a mean-spirited whiner in South Carolina. He insulted them, and they did not forget. But it's a great day for McCain.
He got even.

He is an awful public speaker. He rambles in this slow monotone voice and he appears to be a guy who was just woken up from a nap Curious, but McCain pretty much fits this description too. His irrational mood swings and rages, his basic inchoherents and stumbling stuttering speech patterns make one wonder if he isn't suffering from Alzheimer's. Does this mean you also believe McCain is unqualified to be President?
