Today is the day.
Yes, Fred is within striking distance in FLA, that is a 57 delegate winner take all state. A strong 2nd here is good enough for Fred.
The Paulites are all over the West, like a plague of locusts.
You made my day, MN!
You have freepmail.
I switched to CNN weeks ago-could not stomach fox’s political commentary
Clinton Throws a Water Bottle Down to an Audience Member Who Faints
ABC News’ Eloise Harper reports: Sen. Hillary Clinton, speaking in Reno, Nev., noticed that a woman who was sitting in the front row fainted.
“Can we get some water down here,” Clinton said into the microphone, while more than 1,500 audience members patiently listened.
Someone handed Clinton a water bottle - and Clinton tossed the bottle in the direction of the downed audience member.
“We’ve got some nurses, thank goodness,” she said.
“Don’t you just love America? Isn’t it great? You can take care of each other,” Clinton said. “You are a little overheated. I can see why.”
Clinton said it reminded her of a guided tour she took in Italy. She explained she got overheated and, “I just keeled over.
“I was sure glad nobody was following me around in those days with cameras,” Clinton said to the audience which laughed.
Bump
It doesn’t help that Drudge has a pic of McCain and Huckabee at the top of his page. Like they are the only 2 running today.
What a great photo, thank you.
This happened to Obama last week.
Those Clinton’s!
What ‘gall’? He’s signing a kid’s bible. And by the look on the boy’s face, he’s never going to forget it the rest of his life.
Ha! Just shows what an ole coot I am!
So now she is planting medical emergencies in her crowds?
If neither Thompson nor Hunter were available, who would you go for? Romney seems the least bad of the alternatives.
The IEM has Thompson pulling below 3%. It would not be unreasonable for Ms. Coulter to believe that he is not a viable candidate (though I think his probability of winning is a bit better than 3%, and may profit handsomely if he pulls this off). If Ms. Coulter does not think Fred is viable, whom should she pick?
McCain? Would you trust him with the button? Or with judicial picks, given that he stabbed Bush in the back on that very subject?
Huckabee? Would he not be seen as reinforcing all the stereotypes of evil Republicans, and would he not get slaughtered on that basis, taking much of the GOP with him?
Giuliani? He's not McCain and he's not Huckabee, but in what way is he better than Romney? Seriously.
Who would you suggest Ms. Coulter should endorse?
BTW, on a scale of 1-10, I'd rank the candidates as Hunter=9.5, Thompson=9, Romney=5, Giuliani=1, Huckabee=0, McCain=0. Romney is grossly inferior to Thompson, but still much better than anyone else.
Brian Wilson is coming up at 3 pm est., thank heavens.
So what time is your show tonight?
Whats up with that?
Get out much? ;^)
Huckabee———
“When we were in college we used to take a popcorn popper — because that was the only thing they would let us have in the dorms — and fry squirrels in the popcorn popper.”
“I’m from Hope, Arkansas, you may have heard of it. All I’m asking is, give us one more chance.”
“And the ultimate thing is, I may not be the expert that some people are on foreign policy, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night.”
“The point I’m trying to make is that, on the campaign trail, nobody’s going to be able, if they’ve been campaigning as hard as we have been, to keep up with every single thing, from what happened to Britney last night to who won ‘Dancing with the Stars.’” —explaining why he was unfamiliar with the National Intelligence Estimate on Iran’s nuclear capability
“If a person dresses provocatively, they’re calling attention — maybe not the most desirable kind — to private parts of their body.” —after being asked whether he’s against miniskirts
I’ll do it if you co-host with me.
