I'm surprised to see the term 'rigid' left out. One can't dismiss the comparison between the "mentally ill" in the Stalin-era Soviet Union and Mrs. Holman, prior to going to court.

Was going to say, Psych test is the first step to a re-education camp. Also potentially the first step to losing your Second Amendment rights - a bill re mental treatment, involuntary OR VOLUNTARY, is going to the Virginia General Assembly this session. I don't know if any other states have enacted something similar.
