Thanks for the information, but it still leaves me confused.
If 1000 people show up to caucus at one of the at-large precincts and they award x/1000 based upon the number who showed up, then that precinct would have x delegates.

Conversely if a regular precinct of 1000 registered voters has only 100 people show up to caucus, wouldn’t they also receive x delegates because it is based upon registered voters?

Yes, but if 10000 culinary workers show up for the caucus, that site will get 10x delegates, for Obama, with their home precinct presumably splitting between her highness and Obama.
