I’m confused by the data *you* present: The Oceanic Nino Index, is it not indicating an El Nino, in spite of the cool oceans? Why is it not blue, lately?

Very important fact. The oceans are huge and act as a gigantic heat storage unit which stabilizes temperatures on land. This alone is enough to prove that GW hysteria is false.
