What are you asking a citation for? That the EP-3 aircraft's contents, its equipment, and all the like was not TOP SECRET?

Maybe....but you could tour the A/C on the ground with permission from the CO. No cameras, of course.

But if you wanted to fly on a mission, you'd need a TS CW/ cryptologic/cryptographic clearance. Top Secret clearance wouldn't cut it.
