According to a report prepared by Edison Media Research for AP and published in Startribune the initial Michigan primary exit poll results favor Republicans and the Democrats seem to be minority. We project the winner of the Michigan primary exit poll results to be the Republican candidate Mitt Romney.
People are saying that economy is one of the most important issues for the voters in Michigan and those who go to the polls. Michigan's economy has been hit very heart as the unemployment is above 7 percent in the state.
More precise results of the Michigan Primary will come out this evening.
"Preliminary results from exit poll by Edison Media Research and Mitofsky International for The Associated Press and television networks. Partial samples in 40 precincts around Michigan of 873 voters in the Republican primary and 588 in the Democratic contest. Sampling error plus or minus 5 percentage points in each primary."

But that was because they thought he was dumb. Huck combines the ignorance of foreign policy of Obama with the liberal fiscal big government policy of Hillary with the anti capitalist nature of Edwards with the enviro whacko of McCain with the slickness of Willie and the preacher qualities of Jimmy Swaggart.I would choose mCCain over him simply because McCain is way better on foreign policy, and he’s the next to last on my list.

In NH, 39% of the voters in the Republican primary said Slick Willard played dirty the most. You do what ya gotta do. A Romney win here will make the field a bit smaller, in a good way, dont you think!!

you have that backwards........hillary is bound to lose with her high negatives......Mitt or Fred can beat her.

Unchained I think you are right. the national poles are really silly right now as seen by mccain and huck’s standings.
I am so glad Mitt is ahead, I can’t wait!

Unfortunately the sight of Bill and Hillary would cause me to vote for Huck or McCain. Now the sight of Obama would allow me to stay at home.
Fred, Rudy,Mitt are the three I would go vote for.

Since the only Dem on the ballot is Hillary, Dems are staying home.

The Michigan primary, such as it is, is a choice between heart failure, kidney failure or liver failure.

I predict more democrats vote in the republican primary than in the democrat primary. Thats why I predict mccain to winActually, voting uncommitted in the Dem Primary will help Obama later if the final tally is close, at the convention. The Dems will probably end up seating the delegates voted for here, and Hitlery is the only one on the ballot.

The Michigan primary, such as it is, is a choice between heart failure, kidney failure or liver failure.I guess Id go with kidney failure; you can probably stay alive the longest without one of those, providing you got a transplant soon enough, as opposed to later.

At this point, early in the primaries, I think we need to concentrate on knocking out McCain and Huckabee.
Then, we can concentrate on choosing a nominee.

The problem with these exit polls is that reports from the precincts are that a majority of cast ballots will be absentees. I’m not sure when the start of absentee balloting began, but it was probably way before this past week when Romney campaigned very well. I worry that the absentees will favor McCain.

Looks like the dems are taking Daily Koss advice and crossing over to Romney.Yeah, but Joe Lieberman has been on TV all day asking Democrats to cross-over and vote for McCain.
Who do you think they would listen to.. Koz or Lieberman?

I think we need to concentrate on knocking out McCain and Huckabee.First , we take out the media #1 favorite, McCain. Huckleberry will be easy take-out after that.
To: normy
This is the beginning of the end for McHuck.
To: JMack
Actually, it looks like conservatives are coming out big for Romney.

It’s been reported Romney enjoys a 3-1 advantage amongst absentee’s.
