As a person who volunteers at a no-kill dog/cat no kill rescue shelter/adoption placement center, it gets me angry to no end when people who have companion animals or pets do not have them spayed or neuter. These sad facts are COMPLETELY preventable. =^..^=

I also volunteer every week...I trap ferals and TNR plus other things for them. I can’t believe how irresponsible, cheap or ignorant people are to the problem.
