I guess that having an area become so populated by immigrant followers of the Religion of Peace is not cause for worry. It is only when whites do the reverse that we must fret and fret loudly.

As little liberty as a citizen of the UK has today, they are still free to move to new digs when the lease on the old one is nearing expiration. Free people are free to self-select where they live. The issue is crime, not race, although there are some demographics involved in the crime part of the equation that are used to make it look like a racial issue.

If the opposite were occurring (”ethnics” moving away to avoid white criminals), it would be interesting to see how the DBM would spin it.
