Larry is a bit optimistic again. W invented the ineffective demand side tax cut, and I doubt that anybody but Fred would be a supply sider, and I have my doubts about him with Lawrence Lindsey as his economic adviser.

Lawrence Lindsey is a good man. He wrote a book called “The Growth Experiment” about the Reagan tax cuts and the actual financial result of them, that turned me into a convinced supply-sider. The Reagan tax cuts worked, not only to boost the economy but also to fight inflation, and they didnt cost any revenue in the long-term.
