But in this bizarre primary system (where states like Michigan, Wyoming, South Carolina have had their delegate numbers cut in half because they moved up their primaries), if Giuliani wins Florida--he will be in the lead in delegates by far---while at the same time seeing his national support drop like a rock!!

It will have dropped from almost 40% to well under 20%. While seeing his number fall off a cliff--he will have pulled way out in the lead in delegates!! Amazing system, isn't it?

Excuse me for butting in but FL has ALSO cut it's delegates.

Then two big important states Florida and Michigan moved their primaries into January to lessen the impact of Iowa and New Hampshire. But the national parties responded by striping the delegations of their national convention votes. Real Clear Politics

So Rooty winning FL means nada. Only 57 delegates are at stake there now. But he won't win there anyway, McCain is ahead and has been since the 9th in four different polls. Rooty's campaign is now FUBAR.

But that's what he gets and deserves for trying to kick Conservatives to the side and turn the GOP into a Coney Island Freak Show.
