Wrong again, the constitution empowers the Congress to limit the jurisdiction of lower courts which is what they did.
And the SCOTUS doesn't have the power to do jackcrap about it.

The Supreme Court hasn't ruled any such thing. You don't even know what these laws are, and you are making the same arguments as the lawyers of the terrorists. You obviously aren't a conservative.
