There is a tendency to get giddy about all of this liberal vs. liberal rhetoric, but make no mistake; when the Democrat convention has annointed its standard bearer, the MSM and other party loyalists will unrelentingly march in lock step against whoever gets the Republican nomination. The lies, the spin and the endless repetition of the Republican’s flaws or faux pas, real, imagined or fabricated, will fill every news show and newspapers headline, ad infinitum, ad nauseam.

And the Democrat candidates will be kissing and making up like it's Valentine's Day.

The only thing that seems almost impossible now because of the bickering on the Democrat side is a Clinton-Obama or Obama-Clinton ticket, which David Letterman has been wishing for. It's hard to imagine Hillary choosing Obama as a running mate now after saying Obama's campaign is about FALSE hope and after her cigar-toting husband told Charlie Rose that Obama is not ready to run for president. If Obama isn't ready to be president, he's not ready to be vice president, either. And there are about 1,000 good reasons Obama would never choose to run with Hillary.
