I bet it is the kindest offer she's had in a while-so many places to go with that! Let's see-she prolly doesn't get many "kind" offers of that sort from Bill-there's doubt as to whether she'd be open to such offers from a man, anyway--and it certainly was "kind" of anyone to offer to marry the cow---doesn't speak well for his success with women!

And I guess Bill coached her well on parsing words--so now an illegal person of the female sex, can be "illegal" when Shrillary wants to look tough to the peanut gallery, but they're not an "illegal woman" when she wants to back-pedal to a different crowd.
