No. In fact, the real meaning of "church" in the Greek isn't even a building. (The New Testament early Christians usually met in homes) The meaning of "church" in the Greek (ekklesia) = people who are called out (meaning called out of the world)
Since I don't think you're implying that Fred has worship services at his home, don't take my comments out of context...the context is where I mentioned the dimension of being a so-called "solo" Christian. A church is a group of people who assemble together.
