Schwarzenegger is asking state lawmakers to approve releasing   nonviolent, non-serious, non-sex offenders   from prison if they have less than 20 months remaining on their sentences.

What kind of "nonviolent, non-serious, non-sex offenders" are sentenced to more than 20 months in prison? If the offense was "non-serious," why are they in prison at all? Somehow, I think that phrase (nonviolent, non-serious, non-sex) is inaccurate.

The white collar crooks I know who fall into this category are a long way from non-dangerous.

If anything, they are worse than many other crooks because they are harder to detect and much, much harder to prosecute.
If they are in prison, they are the worst of the worst and really belong there.
