“How special?”

and how “special” was 9/11 for you...

“is fully capable of being forged?”

can you say “biometric?”

gezzzzzzzzzzzzz get a grip, if you have ever worked in your life, you have had a national ID; it’s called a Social Security card.
And if you’re that paranoid, you can always stay holed up in the corner of your bedroom in the fetal position. ROFLMAO

So why didn’t you Left Coasters staunch the hispanic conversion of Mexifornia BEFORE we got to this point?

Given that you’re from LA, that is, of course, a rhetorical question.

“...if you have ever worked in your life, you have had a national ID; it’s called a Social Security card.”

If it’s an ID card, why does mine say:
Sign your card right away and keep it in a safe place.
DO NOT carry it with you.

I’m thinking you misunderstand the purpose of the Social Security Card. I believe it is intended to make sure that Uncle Sam gets what he thinks he’s got coming to him, and that we don’t get any more of it back than he wants us to get.

How do you manage to get through each day? Each time you get out of bed, you risk falls, electrocution, poisoned or contaminated food, drowning in the bath, getting hit by a car, being mugged, and God only knows what other tragedy might befall you. Will you want a nanny to watch over you 24/7?

I would submit that you are the paranoid one, not Dick.

What ever happened to the spirit of our founding era:

“Give me liberty or give me death.”

You are willing to trade liberty (and privacy) of all Americans because you are scared of a terrorist attack.

Remember Franklin’s admonition and grow, buy, or borrow a set. There is always a risk in a free and open society. I prefer to take my chances and be free.
