Sadly, I am not preaching to the choir at FR anymore. We have people on this thread begging for a National ID card and other who support liberal Rudy because they think that he was tough on terror.
Other than being a good manager who got most things right in the days AFTER the attack, what has he done about terrorists and illegal aliens? Nothing on the first part and worse than nothing, he made NYC a sanctuary city before the attacks.
Besides, he’s a gun grabber who doesn’t believe in liberty.
What can we do? I’d love to see President Hunter in 2009. I won’t vote for any modified or hyphenated conservative. I’d rather openly fight the enemy than fool myself into thinking that an election year convert to conservatism won’t stab us in the back again.
We need to down size government, not expand it. We need to control government, not let it control us. We are the master and we allow them to treat us as slaves. Well, some do. I don’t and won’t.
And forget that nonsense about those over 50 not being a threat. It’s us old farts that remember and love liberty and won’t take tyranny lying down — except in a prone position.
