This appears to be Coughlin's paper that has caused the ruckus and got him fired by England's special assistant. (as discussed in numerous previous threads)
Careful, it's long (333 pages) and a undoubtedly scholarly tome.
After seeing the news tonight, with President Bush visiting Saudi Arabia and trying to sell $20 billion worth of smart bombs to them, one can only wonder about the popularity of this brief in Islamic circles.

I had thought that this country would have another revolution against the National Socialists sometime in the next fifty years or so — now it seems the coming religious war may make that mute. I fear for our children if our current leadership stays on the paths of appeasement.

In the 30’s HG Wells sought to rechristen liberalism as “Enlightened Nazism” whereby the his “Wellsian liberal utopia” would be achieved by an authoritarian élite.
Something our Founding Fathers, and my own, left their original countries to escape, and establish a system to prevent. Looks as if I can never retire my tagline. :^(

Thankfully, the DoD will still benefit from Maj. Coughlin’s expertise. Hopefully some of his knowledge will be absorbed and put to good use. It is obviously going to be an uphill battle.
