Hit ‘em hard, but there is NO need whatsoever for confiscation prior to a conviction. After conviction, confiscation can be made part of the sentence if appropriate, but the last thing we need is to give government at any level another excuse to take things from an accused person or company before they’re even tried.

And with Mexichusetts now granting all sorts of beni's to illegal aliens, which will soon include in-state tuition, we all know where they'll be heading. Time for VT, CO, NH, NY and RI to put up fences between themselves and the gay state.
