Are you proposing we support Paul?

No, but I'm saying he's bringing a lot to the table and it would be counter-productive to ignore or demean him.

I don't agree with some of his foreign policy views, like the fact that he doesn't recognize Islam for the evil it is and wanting to pull the rug out from under our troops. But on some of his other views, he's right. We don't need to be giving 3rd-world countries all of this foreign aid and we don't need to intervene in their affairs. Look what Bush is doing to Israel today, for crying out loud.

I seriously doubt how Paul is received by mainstream republicans is going to impact this election.

The man is a libertarian trying to use the republican party to advance himself because the libertarian party cannot do that for him, now libertarians make some good points, but it always comes with a bunch of kooky stuff as usual. It has been that way for decades.

If Paul runs as an independant or back to a libertarian which is a fear I have, he will drag quite a few voters away from beating Hillobama, most especially if we have a RINO republican as the nominee.

Does Paul love his country?

If he does, he should drop out and be endorse Thompson.

At least Fred has a shot still and is no RINO.

Paul has NO chance of winning this even with a fleet of blimps. Just ain’t gonna happen. But he could make a diffence right now and endorse Fred and get a smackdown on the RINOs. So should Hunter.

You don't agree with SOME of his foreign policy views? Hell, he's the sort of President that will destroy this country with his namby-pamby foreign policy vies. Oh, but you like him for his other views? Those views don't mean a tinker's dam if we do not stand strong against our enemies and support our troops. I can't even believe someone like you is on a forum such as this. Amazing.
