I thought Khan said that in Star Trek 2 He did - quoting Moby Dick. The original Space Seed episode of Trek and the Start Trek II movie were both filled with classical novel references, as Khan was supposed to be a renaissance man and had an extensive collection of old books.

Well of course Khan has read everything from Melville, to Shakespeare, to Delvak of Ohmacrom Persei 8.
One of my favorite things about Star Trek was when they would reference two things that are real and one that is made up.
