At least President Bush’s plan had some penalties and support for the border.

Telemundo doesn't get the fact the people are the government not the select few who members of Congress. That was proven more than once this past summer when the people jammed the phone lines and froze the email servers with their outrage of Congress consdering granting amnesty to illegal aliens.
