With regard to Hillary, whenever she says “you know,” or “well, you know,” (and she says it a lot), what follows is BS.
When you hear Hillary, you know, say you know, you know she is winging it.
When she doesn't, you know, say you know, she has memorized her lines.
Her 'you knows' are always part of her unscripted commentary.
