You are correct in surmising that I am not a Paul supporter.

I agree with you: if Paul allowed his name to be signed to it, if he published it in his own newsletter, then they are his words and he is responsible for them.

Moreover, Ron Paul has allowed his columns to be reprinted by white supremacist publications.

The typical argument by Paul supporters is that any publication can republish syndicated material.

I'll say this: were I a syndicated columnist and any white supremacist rag reprinted my column, I would tell them that I absolutely forbid it. And if they persisted, I would make it a matter of public record that they were doing so over my protestations.

I wouldn't just shrug my shoulders and grin.

Several print not internet publications. Easy to stop print. I've not seen it reported in print, but Michael Medved indicated on a show about a week ago that there had been contact between Paul and American Free Press (Willis Carto) and the publication was authorized.
