I didn’t SEE anything being thrown in the video either. However, as someone pointed out at about 1:00 in the video one of the Paul supporters clearly (well, not so clearly) but says something to the effect of “Stop throwing ___ Stuff? ___.” There is a little discrepancy of what was said, but the first two words are clear : “Stop Throwing”, and it wasn’t Sean or his entourage saying it in the video from what I could tell.
Poor form of protest for sure... It’s not the type of protests I was involved in during my time with the LP, which is probably the party that most of these people belong to... I think there has been a strong wave of young, and angry folks supporting Ron Paul. I met my fair share of “kooks” while in the party, but they weren’t of the violent sort...
Chasing a walking Hannity throwing snowballs and cursing like DU dummies speaks well of that crowd of idiots. I guess the war I fought in protected there speech...even if Paul feels America has never fought a justified war. Keep sending him all that money!!!!
Sean was heckled by Ron Paul supporters.
Boo hoo, get a life.....
Well pard, if you could see them and hear them at the WDC Metro twice a week, you might change your mind, although it is a close run deal.
Nutwads are in the end, nutwads.
Regards,
AR
This is what happens when drug addicts are on the loose.
I thought that was weird too.
I watched the entire video. My clients plead their 21st Amendment rights. They were drunk when they did that. Ban alcohol.
What a ridiculous comment.
They're so cute at that age though...18, 19, 22, 23. Come on. These are kids who are hearing the idea of limited government for the first time in their lives and they are excited. They've been indoctrinated in the Hitler youth public education system into collectivism.
Young people hearing the message of limited government from a guy who doesn't have a snowballs chance in Hell of ever becoming President and doing anything...IS A GOOD THING.
"Fascist" is the right word. These [insert expletives here] don't believe in democracy or a republican form of government. These people are dangerous and the Secret Service better be on guard.
“According to Ron Paul forums, about 200 Paul supporters were part of this attack on Sean. They claim they were only throwing snowballs but the videos make it clear they were throwing bottles and other items other than snowballs.”
I watched both videos and didn’t see a single thing thrown.
The closest thing I heard to a “profanity” was “fox news sucks,” which, well, it does.
Hannity has been shilling for Rudy for months. He’s not a great American, as the protesters noted.
They yelled at him and harassed him a big. Big deal.
Your post was misleading.
If there was profanity, please post the minutes:seconds. Same for someone actually throwing something in the video.
“Correction on post- I think it was rocks, not bottles they were throwing because around 1 minute in you can hear one guy yell stop throwing rocks, throw snow.”
I heard him say that “you’ll get arrested for throwing snow.”
“RuPaul nazi thugs have always been a desperate bunch.”
Sean Vanity is really a thug - as is Fox’s entire lurch leftward, especially ignoring candidates like Thompson, Hunter, Tancredo, and Paul, as if they didn’t exist.
If you want the media gatekeepers to pick our nominee, i guess that’s up to you.
I went to the Ron Paul forums and posted this link. They are in full support of this!
Seriously these cultists are on the verge of violence.
My thread was pulled.
But threats against Hannity and Glen beck are Perfectly fine with RP cult members.
One even compared this video to a Martin Luther King March...
Ron Paul is a disgrace and his supporters are losers, trash and the dreads of society. Any person that supports this man is not normal.
Despite the fact that Mr. Paul has the highest rating of all Congressman by the National Taxpayers Union (84%) I can not support him for POTUS because I don't agree with his foreign policy
American Taxpayers Union Congressional Rankings for 2006
That's much better. The youngins are reading this stuff on the internet. Try to set them straight without saying something stupid. They're new to all of this limited government stuff. They're excited...call it irrational exuberance like Alan Greenspan. Don't let them think that Conservatives are a bunch of nanny state church ladies. Go along with the gag.
“Any reason to start a Paul bashing thread. Why is this in breaking news, anyway? I would hardly consider this nonsense breaking news.”
I used to think Paul was kooky, until these bash threads started to appear.
I went back and read the entire quotes - not the partial quotes posted in the threads.
In this case, I actually watched the entire video - both of them.
Nothing was thrown. Someone said, if you throw snowballs you’ll get arrested. There were not curse words, unless “Fox News Sucks” is a “curse.”
Fox has been shameful in this election cycle, and I think that the yelling and screaming by people on FR who fear any candidate who will end government largesses have created more Paul supporters than they’ve turned off, ironically. I went from not even considering Paul to him being my #3 after Hunter and Fred as a result of my own investigating triggered by these pile-on threads.
Furthermore, I know I’m not the only one. Sadly, the environment on FR has gotten to be such that
- People make up BS threads about Paul
- They get posted to, and left in, Breaking News
- People pile on without reading the original article
- Anyone who calls BS is called a ‘Paultard’ or worse.
Pretty pathetic situation, I expect better on this forum.
“Sure Fox News does suck, but I dont act like a moron and physically harass the pundits.”
I didn’t see any physical harassment. Just some yelling and following Sean Vanity.
minutes/seconds in the video?
Sometimes I feel like a cadre on FR has turned into a bunch of tories who would have called the revolutionary minutemen a bunch of violent thugs who hate rule of law.
Amen, couldn’t have said it better myself.
“”I believe these kids, and alot of other Americans, are stressed out by having their elected elitist representatives in government selling out our freedoms, one, by one.”
Property seizure laws as a part of the War on Drugs where property is seized and sold at auction before trial occurs
Eminent domain
Campaign Finance Reform
Creeping socialism via bureaucratic regulation by unelected officials
Taxation without representation
The War on Drugs which is really a war on American citizens
The para militarization of our police
The dangerous relationship between a limited number of media gatekeepers and government
Massive social welfare system that enslaves us for 1/3 of the year to pay for it
How’s that for starters?
