The story so far seems to state a serious collection of civil rights violations. This State, Colorado, doesn’t tolerate abuse by judges or case managers. I would expect a judicial review to be harsh, the case manager to be ousted, and the county management to be changed, not to mention a significant lawsuit to win big against the county. I’ve seen case workers jailed for abuses.
