Drugs in this country are cheaper and more plentiful than they have ever been after 35 years and trillions of dollars.

more plentiful yes, but MUCH more expensive around here. Which is a direct contributor to more theft crimes and dealer wannabes, both violent [turf war] and non violent [dealing for personnal fix]...fills the beds in all the local lockups...

I was looking at the DEA numbers when I said that. When I was in college in the early 80s cocaine was about $100/gram. Now it is about $70 and more potent according to the DEA, which, adjusted for inflation is a dramatic decrease. Don't know about meth because it was not around back then. Of course I grew up in Wyoming where there were no gangs, at least back then.
