Generally when law enforcement shoots a suspect to death, in addition to injuring a small child too, they will go out of their way to publicly state that the suspect was armed.
They do this in an effort stop any public speculation that would only fuel rumors and negative relations between law enforcement and the public.
And yet there is not one mention, not one of shots being fired from anyone in the house.
