But, come one, now!

Aren’t we supposed to be “compassionate” and take the blame for things we aren’t responsibly for?

Republican and Democrat biggies don't want to give up butt- kissing gardeners, nannies, and cheap labor.

Time to ask where the pols stand, then vote 'em out...

Excellent op-ed.

I know one thing... If the next POTUS doesn’t get serious on this issue I am going to write a letter to every single member of congress and the president demanding a list of the laws I am allowed to violate with impunity.

close to $340 billion. (Source: cnn.com)

If there is one thing I would bet my like on, it would be, based on the source, NOT close to $340 billion.

The invaders cross our borders with nothing but instruction on how to get on the US govt gravy train. Using multiple identities, they cash in bigtime with multiple $3500 EITC refunds, UI, welfare, Workmen's Comp etc, etc, etc.

US immigration policy is beng conducted by nincompoops pandering to lawbreakers. Politicians are stumbling over themselves to give these invaders more and more US government handouts......all at taxpayers' expense. NOTE WELL: The US provides Mexico with the nuclear umberalla (paid for by US taxpayers). Mexico has no welfare safety nets, health insurance, and no Social Security system. Illegals here get paid under the table, don't pay taxes and send billions of US dollars back to their decrepit, moth-eaten country.

Does everone know illegals collect US Social Security with fraudulent SS cards, whereas American citizens have to work and contribute far longer than illegals before collecting?

And what is the impact of the Totalization Agreement with Mexico on the US Social Security Trust Fund? The Totalization Agreement would in effect ship our Social Security system to Mexico. It would allow millions of illegal Mexican workers to draw billions of dollars from the US Social Security Trust Fund. The agreement between the U.S. and Mexico was signed in June 2004, and is awaiting President Bush's signature.

Pretty soon US senior citizens will be utilizing the Mexican "retirement system"---selling sticks of gum on street corners.
