Fred’s key state is South Carolina on January 19. It will be the first indicator of how viable a candidate he is. Thompson is my first choice, but if he doesn’t finish either first or second there, he is probably finished.

You may be right.  IMO the possibility of your being right is about 2%.  The likelyhood of your being wrong is therefore 98%
