Ekhlass and Hesbah are the two largest terrorist forums on the internet and they are hosted by an American Internet Service Provider located in Tampa Florida called NOC4 Hosts/ Hivelcoity.net. Words in Italic are my comments. Does anyone know why terrorists would pick Tampa?
