I noticed this,when Edwards apologized for demeaning Hillary’s previous attire and said,”You look lovely tonight”, I expect the audience to burst into applause for their lovely girl.Nothing happened.This was telling to me.
Yes, I agree; but for a different reason to me. They were playing games with each other. I think it was one of those backhanded apologies. LOL
What a condenscending jerk. As a woman, working in a man's world, I've seen this play before. She should have answered "Why thank-you, John, love your tie, it brings out the blue in your eyes."
