I am fairly sure that is impossible.

Not 2010 — her seat does not come up again until 2012. People in NY would never repudiate her.

The way to look at what you say with common sense would be to say “any state gullible enough to elect an individual like Hillary probably isn’t smart enough to throw her out of office”.

Yes, she certainly could have that seat for life, but I'm quite sure that she has no interest in the Senate.

Unlike Teddy, who was authoring nation-transforming legislation within 2 years of his coronation, she doesn't legislate or advocate.

Her Senate seat was merely a platform for this absurdly bad campaign she is running.

If she loses to Obama, and if he doesn't give her a job (which would be foolishness of cosmic degree), I expect she will either resign or not run again.
