"what was the supposed difference between the views of Henry Ford and those of Adolf Hitler on this topic?"

My own usual, but not very informative, answer to such a question generally runs "Well, whatever his supposed ideology, Hitler was a homicidal maniac, sometimes raving, and whoever else we're talking about probably wasn't -- probably just some degree of resentful and confused."

Probably the only differance between Hitler and some of the home grown variety, Like Aryan Nation and other is that Hitler could kill large groups, and our own, if they thought they could get away with it, one or a few at a time. Fortunatly most of the homegrown clowns just keep it all behind their closed doors. Or play on the internet with anonymity.
