An intriguing public-works project. If successful, perhaps a variation of this plan could be adapted to "certain populations" here in the USA

Conservationists condemned the proposal to let inexperienced youths sterilize monkeys, saying it was cruel and would not solve the problem. Why do I get the feeling that most "conservationists" would support full scale Planned Parenthood "programs" on poor Indian women, or women in general for that matter?

The idea drew immediate condemnation from conservationists, who said the plan was unscientific and would likely worsen the problem. Fine -- just shoot 'em then. Monkey - the other white meat.

"Affected districts would be identified and local youth involved in the process, who would be provided training in capturing and sterilization by the experts," the statement quoted Dhumal as saying, adding that they would use "laser sterilization." News from the future: The Indian countryside is being attacked by rampaging monkeys armed with lasers. Men who have to go outside are advised to wear their titanium underwear protect themselves.

You gotta have a lot of balls to try to sterilize a monkey.

Boiling them for 15 minutes should make them sterile enough.

I have a feeling this is a trick program actually aimed at reducing the number of unemployed.
If you have ever been close to an enraged monkey you might get an idea why. I can think of a lot of things I would rather be doing than slicing off monkey balls. I imagine they would object, strenuously!!!

Spaying and neutering? That’s strong. Couldn’t you just teach the yoots to spank them instead?

There is NO excuse for having monkey trouble. When life serves you lemons...open a chain of McMonkeys.
To: Stoat
Since the monkeys are “aggressive and combative”, I don’t think they’re going to take well to involuntary sterilization.
I’m glad I’m not an unemployed youth in India.

I saw a clip on TV about families that have food stolen out of windows and monkeys coming in windows at night to attack kids. I think if we can exterminate rodents, small monkey’s that attack my kids would fall into that catagory.
To: Stoat
Wow... You think that the monkeys are pissed off now, just wait until word gets out about what’s happening to them!
