I’m not surprised by the attacks on Huck’s faith. It’s an easy target.
It would do well to remember that Christians, in particular, often vote against their own welfare for ideals.

It is. I don’t support him (I don’t care which politican wins this), but I find the attacks on his faith all too familiar. It’s also very telling that those who would attack a Christian wouldn’t dare bring up the issue if we were talking about a person of the mohammedan faith.

And the secular “ideals” that they’re talking about are usually very transient.
