I heard because of the way Dems have things set up, the primaries arent nearly as important as people make them out to be. Something about super delegates
And in many states the delegates are *not* required to cast for the winner of the primary in their state....
That being the case I wonder how often that actually happens?

I don't know. I trying to think who said it. May have been Dick Morris in reference to Hillary.
