Oh..., I know about being strident. But, I’ll tell you, the way I see it, the GOP is taking a lot for granted regarding a lot of Evangelical votes. And there’s a significant segment of the GOP who simply want to placate Evangelicals with a minimum of effort. If this doesn’t change soon, there is going to be a real train wreck, coming down the pike, for the GOP. They had better wake up pretty soon to what is going to happen with the Evangelicals...

I did think that the win by Huckabee might have the effect of making the evangelical wing of the Republican party get a little more respect. I am part of that wing, though not a Huckabee supporter.

I think evangelicals better wake up pretty soon to what is going to happen with the country if they insist on electing poor leaders.
