I can’t remember — it was the “my man mitt” guy who was somehow the only media contact with the push-polling firm, I think. And after Romney’s campaign was busted for setting up media interviews with two ladies who received the push poll calls (without disclosing that these ladies were paid Romney staffers) it was “my man mitt” who was trying to push a story that the ladies were just old and confused, and didn’t think to disclose that the Romney campaign employed them.
It’s really gross to me when people can compartmentalize so well — they live okay personal lives, but are utter and complete sleazes on the job. I’ve seen it a million times in business, and it seems to me as if Romney’s another one of those types.
That totally sounds like the guy I dealt with, so it wouldn’t surprise me in the least.
