She’s the one who ran for Lt. Gov. in the 2006 RAT primaries, right? Is she a Pelosi-style ultraleftist, or more of a Feinstein-style ultraleftist? (Feinstein does not appear to be as much of a traitor as Pelosi.)

You may be interested to hear that Stanford law professor Lawrence Lessig will be seeking the RAT nomination for Tom Lantos’s House seat. Lessig is a liberal, but would be far, far better than Jackie Speier, and would actually raise Congress’s collective IQ by a point or two.
