I’d like this better if Rupel spent more time on the platitudes like leadership moving from the West to the East, and less time on Kosovo.
Although the more I read it over, the less I understand what he’s actually saying, which is probably all to the good.
Rupel is fully controlled by Brussels bureaucracy, he will do what they will tell him to do. I think Slovenians would hate to be involved into Kosovo dilemma in any way.
